that I had had a shower. He said you don't look like it! I was covered in grease
and dirt still.
I have just seen an interesting fact about the ride 100 ,83% of finishers of
the 100 and 93% of finishers of the 46 miles said they aren't affiliated to
a club. Where are they? We need them
was to put it kindly poorly supported. Just Steve Carter
-Smith and myself rode the 10 miles. Steve recovering from a knee operation.
Alan kindly turned up to introduce us to Sevenoaks Tri and ,GS Avanti whose
event we joined as the course we were going to ride has road works on. Alan
told me it would be hard out but fast back. I didn't really believe about the
fast back as it seemed more like a cross wind and I had heard stories like
this before along with the no more hills stories. He was right and it was faster
back.
The sad thing is that someone on the Isle of Grain doesn't like cyclist. As I
crossed the finish line my bike felt strange I had a flat rear tyre so I pushed
my bike back to the car. I had picked up a drawing pin somewhere. It turned
out 6 of the 11 riders punctured in various places.

scooters how many would we need? The list so far
2 everyday ones for shopping etc.
2 off road ones
2 lightweight ones(possibly carbon fibre)
2 long distance ones with rain covers
and 1 tandem one
Looks like there will be even less room in the garage.
